Staff and council discussed whether parallel parking could be integrated, and members expressed concern about resident access and circulation.
A motion to table the rezoning to the October policy meeting was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. Staff and council said additional review and public input would be acceptable before bringing the item back for decision.
