House committee concurs in several Senate bills; voice votes recorded and carriers assigned

On Senate Bill 87 a member moved "do pass" and the committee conducted a voice vote; the ayes carried. Named aye votes were recorded for Representative Regier, Representative Schubert and Representative Fuchs; Representatives Carlin, Romano and Tuss were recorded voting aye by proxy. The committee requested and assigned a carrier for the bill on the House floor, naming Representative Edwards as the carrier.
Vice Chair Walsh moved concurrence on Senate Bill 26. The committee held a voice vote and concurred; proxy votes were read and Representative Perry volunteered to carry the bill on the floor.
For Senate Bill 64 an amendment described in the hearing as "SB 64.1 0.002" (clarified verbally during the session) was moved, read and put to a voice vote. The amendment passed. The committee then voted to concur in Senate Bill 64 as amended. The record included proxy tallies, named ayes (including Representatives Falk and Regier) and at least one no recorded by proxy (Representative Hubert) and a no from Representative Schubert on the amendment.
All three measures were advanced from committee; several proxy votes were noted in the record for members who were excused.
