House Judiciary Concurrences: Committee Clears Multiple Senate Bills, Rejects SB318 Amendment

Senate Bills 429 and 430 were both concurred in on roll-call votes, each recorded as 16–4 in favor. Finally, committee members acted on Senate Bill 552 to meet the deadline; the bill passed with three recorded no votes (Representatives Zephyr, Staffman, and Howell) and was concurred in.
The committee scheduled a return for additional executive action and discussed meeting times around the upcoming Easter holiday; House Judiciary adjourned at the end of the session.
