"The memo is fairly similar to the one that you saw last year," Doerr said, then described the key changes and invited questions. Committee members raised no further substantive concerns during the discussion.
Speaker 6 moved to approve the executive committee letter "communicating committee deadlines and procedures for the 2025 interim as presented by staff." The roll call was read and the chair declared the motion "passes unanimously." The chair also said staff will distribute the interim committee letter to the chairs for signature later in the day.
