Board approves Apothecary Farms change of location for medical cultivation license

The Pueblo County Liquor and Marijuana Licensing Board unanimously approved a change of location for a medical marijuana cultivation license held by AF Inc, doing business as Apothecary Farms. The board's approval is contingent on completion of required inspections and final sign-offs by county licensing staff.
Staff told the board the item had been continued from the previous month to resolve a modification-of-premises issue. "If we get board approval tonight, we can get final approval on the change of location following a final inspection," the staff member said, and recommended approval provided operations do not begin at the new premises until the licensing division issues a final inspection and sign-off.
Mark LeBlanc, who identified himself as a site manager for Apothecary Farms, testified on behalf of the applicant. The staff report noted the move would consolidate cultivation on a site that already contains existing cultivation operations; staff said the applicant had been diligent in addressing the required modification of premises.
After no public comment and no substantive questions from the board, Judith Stein moved to approve the change of location with conditions; Sarah Habib seconded. The board voted unanimously to carry the motion.
The board announced its next meeting date as Oct. 14, 2025, in the Commissioners' Chambers before adjourning.
