BOCC votes to enter executive session to receive legal advice on litigation and contract matters

The chair asked for a motion to enter executive session for the reasons cited; the board moved, seconded and voted in favor with 'aye' votes from commissioners present. No details of the closed session discussion were disclosed in open session.
