Milton School Board approves agenda, minutes, vouchers and staffing; motions carried by voice vote

Tracy moved approval of the minutes from the regular meeting held Aug. 25, 2025; Rick seconded and the board approved the minutes by voice vote.
The board approved general-taking-account vouchers totaling $894,397.06 after a motion and second; the vouchers were passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
During new business the board approved the staffing report as presented after Unidentified Speaker 2 moved and Unidentified Speaker 6 seconded; administration clarified that an item without a separate recommendation should be approved with the rest of the report. The board also approved gifts and donations after an Unidentified Speaker 2 motion and a second by Tracy.
Finally, an adjournment motion was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote. The superintendent reminded board members of upcoming committee meetings and a special meeting request to schedule as soon as possible.
