Douglas County School System reports April revenues and SPLOST 6 collections

Tims said local revenues have been collected at a rate of 95.38% through April and that expenditures are running 1.2% below budget. She reported SPLOST 6 revenue for April of $3,674,465.86, an increase of $332,876.45 compared with March's collections.
Tims asked board members to submit requests for additional information or items they would like added to the monthly executive summary by email, noting staff will incorporate questions into future reports. No substantive budget changes or supplemental appropriations were proposed at the meeting.
The board did not delay action on finance items and moved on to the operations agenda after the presentation.
