Board pauses approval of external memberships after finance chair requests cost review

After additional discussion and a subsequent amended motion from Bishop Vaughn to postpone action on item 8.03 until the board reviews the line items and exact amounts, the board agreed to withdraw the motion on that item. The chair asked Karen Morgan to follow up with financial details for board review before the item returns.
No final payment or membership was enacted for item 8.03 at this meeting; the board carried the motion to withdraw the item pending the requested financial clarification.
