County participants said last year’s comparable new‑vehicle price was about $350,000 and provided a speculative remount estimate of $140,000–$180,000, although final numbers will depend on the bid responses. The court approved putting the ambulance and remount out to bid and authorized staff to proceed with the procurement process.
