Vice Chair Pro Tem moved the measure and Commissioner Ray supported it; the motion passed by roll call with eight yes votes.
Commissioner Morales asked for clarification and was told the suspension would apply only to this action and that the bylaws would be reinstated following the vote. Commissioners expressed thanks for ongoing service on the Land Bank and emphasized the importance of the authority’s work.
