Todd County approves routine payments and sponsorship, plans opioid-settlement committee

Speaker 1 also reported attending an opioid-settlement session and proposed forming a county committee to recommend how to spend settlement funds, suggesting geographic representation across county communities and participation from the health department and jail; he said he will circulate proposed membership prior to the Sept. 12 meeting.
