BOYERTOWN, Pa. — The Boyertown Area School District board voted Tuesday to maintain the district’s current signature authorities and postponed committee appointments until its Jan. 13 meeting.
After the chair asked for authorization to continue use of the current signatures, a board member moved and another seconded the motion. The chair conducted a roll-call vote; each board member present responded “Yes” when called, and the motion was recorded as approved.
The chair told the board that committee and committee appointments would be deferred until Jan. 13 so trustees could meet and talk with the new members before finalizing assignments.
No public comments were recorded during the first public comment period. The meeting concluded shortly after the administrative votes and business with an adjournment.
