Steve Marino moved the recommendation from the controller’s office to move $300 from miscellaneous to landscape maintenance; the motion was supported and the board recorded a roll-call vote. Mr. Richvalsky, Mr. Coats, Mr. Henry, Jeanne Hereford and Mr. Wagner were recorded as voting yes and the Madam Secretary declared, "Motion carried."
The board debated whether a formal motion was strictly necessary given the controller’s earlier comments but proceeded to document the change with a vote. Later in the meeting, controller Brandy Ruth confirmed she would "take care of it" and process the transfer.
