On the agenda, commissioners considered an encroachment agreement affecting Brady Third Avenue South. Speaker 2 said the agreement had been signed by the road department and that it "requires a call work." Speaker 1 moved to approve the encroachment agreement and the board voted in favor. A motion to approve the road closure and associated services was moved and seconded, and the chair recorded all in favor. Commissioners asked that the minutes separately note the road-closure approval and the authorization for road-spray.
A phone-system upgrade proposal was on the agenda, but the vendor had not yet arrived with requested materials; the item was postponed. Commissioners also discussed airport-related items, including a fuel-system control panel and a lease that was noted to expire Dec. 31; staff advised there was no immediate urgency but that further review and corrections were needed.
The meeting concluded after a motion and second to adjourn.
