The list included EFT numbers 1294–1300 and warrants 81063003–81063133. The consent items also listed a pulled fiscal‑year 2026 MOU for a Southwest Regional Juvenile Detention agreement and a contract (No. 2026068) with C K May Excavating Inc. for pavement preservation in the amount of $278,650.75, along with a budget transfer for the auditor’s office and findings of fact and conclusions of law for preliminary plats (Airport Ranches and Amsterdam Business Park) and a common‑boundary relocation exemption for CH Cold Smoke LLC in the Big Sky zoning district.
A commissioner moved to approve the consent agenda as read and the Chair seconded; the Chair then called for the vote and the motion carried. The items passed as part of a routine slate and required no further public comment or separate motions.
