Board members and county staff discussed staging logistics, gravel-staging locations and the fact that some existing pump-house infrastructure may become redundant. The board approved the staging with the understanding that the contractor must coordinate staging with airport officials and return affected areas to prior condition where required.
Commissioners recorded the motion and carried it by voice vote; staff will coordinate with the city’s contractor to finalize staging locations and timing.
