Earlier in the meeting, Speaker 2 requested a permanent schedule change for a finance employee to omit a half-hour lunch in order to avoid overtime; Speaker 4 moved to approve the request for "Aielma from the finance department schedule change," the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor.
At 09:30 the board considered renewal of the Primary Care Alliance participation agreement and an associated rebate agreement and vaccine purchasing arrangement with Sanofi. Speaker 3 entertained a motion to approve the Primary Care Alliance agreements; Speaker 3 noted that two signatures were required and the motion passed.
Next steps: staff will finalize signatures and implement the personnel schedule change in the county timekeeping system; the Primary Care Alliance and Sanofi agreements will be executed with the necessary signatories.
