The New Berlin Planning Commission unanimously approved a slate of use, site and architectural plans and recommended several land-division items to the common council during its Aug. 13 meeting at City Hall.
The commission approved UA2501052, a 3,400-square-foot TruStone Financial branch at 12800 West National Avenue, after staff reported the proposal met development standards and had the architecture review committee’s endorsement. Commissioner Anderson moved to approve; the motion passed unanimously.
