Speaker 5, an unidentified meeting participant, said staff will clean open-ended responses, prepare charts and present findings at the August meeting with supporting background, goals and data for board review. The packet will include a summary of goals, board and department background, park data and amenity inventories ahead of the August discussion.
Board members asked staff to include respondent counts from prior surveys for comparison. Staff said they would provide the historical numbers so the board can evaluate response trends.
