• AV system: Council approved amending the capital improvement plan to purchase a new audio-visual system for the council chambers (ceiling speakers, voice-activated camera, additional camera, touch panel) to improve live-streaming, recording and public viewing; staff said the purchase would be in the current fiscal year and no recurring monthly fee was expected.
