Sue Sanders, interim finance director, said the proposed 18.284 millage is a reduction from the 2024 rate of 18.69 and described its revenue impact: "The proposed millage rate for 2025 is 18.284, which would provide revenues from property taxes in the amount of $91,030,520," she said, adding non-property revenues projected at $38,147,777 for total 2025 revenues of $129,178,297.
