The Boise City Public Works Commission opened with roll call, approved minutes from its prior meeting by voice vote and completed routine business following the Audre Lane appeal hearing.

Commissioner Wirtz moved to approve the minutes from the commission's last regular meeting and Commissioner Thornfelt seconded; the motion carried by voice vote. Later in the meeting Commissioner Wirtz nominated incumbent Kristin Gervat to continue as commission chair; the nomination was seconded and accepted. Commissioner Ellis then nominated Commissioner Wirtz as vice chair; Commissioner Lockett seconded and the nomination carried by voice vote. Staff listed five primary meeting dates for 2026 (Feb. 4, May 6, Aug. 5, Oct. 7 and Nov. 4) and several backup dates; commissioners confirmed there will be no January meeting.

The meeting concluded after a motion by Commissioner Lockett to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Wirtz, and an affirmative voice vote by the commission.
