One board member asked about the architect/engineer certificate of payment and signoffs; staff confirmed an architect/engineer signature has been obtained for payment requests and that engineers handled the certification where appropriate. The board then voted to recommend the change order to the city commission; the roll call showed one no vote recorded (Collier) and the remainder voting yes.
Next steps: staff will submit the recommendation and payment request to the city commission for final authorization and ensure the architect/engineer payment certificate accompanies the request.
