Staff agreed to add the depredation-cost RFI and any requested implementation updates.
Vice Chair moved that the committee accept the finalized FY25–26 RFIs, including a separate memo regarding the Colorado Empowered Learning Program (CDE) and the additions discussed; the motion passed 6-0. Staff will finalize transmittal letters to affected agencies and track signatures.
