The administrator corrected the time for the next scheduled meeting to 2 p.m. on May 11 (the board—s large meeting), and said formal approvals for minutes and the investment report will be handled at that full meeting. The board agreed to monitor any need for a special meeting to handle rebalancing between now and May if market moves or cash-flow needs require it.
