Stockstill LLC submitted a bid totaling $3,706,368.80 and acknowledged the addendum dated July 16, 2025. Staff said both electronic submissions appeared to include the required documents and bid bonds.
The board voted to take the bids under advisement for full review and recommendation. No contract award was made at the meeting. Engineering staff earlier presented Addendum #1 for the project to address drainage and culvert sizing questions tied to the Capilano development; staff said localized road closures would be required next week to complete crossovers related to that work.
Procurement indicated it will review the bids and return with a recommendation to the board. The board did not disclose a vendor selection at the July 21 meeting.
