Commissioners refer forklift bids, accept zone-change withdrawal and approve growth-policy resolution; midyear budget hearing set

Public health governance: The board approved a letter appointing county commissioners John Austin and Mark Morris to the Yellowstone County Commission seats on the Riverstone Health local governing authority following recent legislative changes to the board’s makeup.
Budget and finance: A second public hearing for the county’s midyear budget review was scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 31. The board also approved claims (23-099, 23-123-101 and 23-102) and the consent agenda by voice vote.
