Boulder County extends Lyons planning-area IGA to Aug. 29, 2025 to finish negotiations

Hannah Hippley, long range planning division manager for Community Planning and Permitting, told the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners the county is seeking to extend the Lyons Planning Area Comprehensive Plan intergovernmental agreement to Aug. 29, 2025 to allow more time to negotiate and adopt a revised agreement.
"The request is to extend the current IGA until 08/29/2025 to allow additional time to negotiate and adopt a long term updated and revised intergovernmental agreement," Hippley said.
