Staff recommended approval with the standard condition that the applicant comply with all city department requests.
The motion to adopt the planning-department findings and to approve the final site plan cited the approval criteria in Article 7, Section 7.27 of the zoning ordinance. The motion carried with no opposition.
Architect John Marosic addressed the board and explained delays due to demolition permitting and structural engineer review related to a demolition adjacent to neighboring basements; he said the building and demolition permits were now approved and that prints would be delivered to the planning office immediately so construction permits can be issued.
Board members welcomed the return of the application and praised the applicant for addressing prior conditions; no public opposition was recorded during the hearing.
