Commissioners authorize 5‑year extension with Grayshift LLC; Edge Homes grant covers cost

Ben Venoy of the county attorney’s office said the expenditure is covered under grant agreement 2022333 and that Edge Homes provides the funds annually. Venoy described the contract as a five-year agreement intended to reduce costs: the county will pay invoices and then bill Edge Homes for reimbursement.
Commissioners had no further questions and approved the item unanimously, 3–0.
