Edwards proposed new accounting buckets so nurses can bill time by district and so the county can capture administrative costs and credits for attrition or cross-covered duties. “We want to simplify the funding formula and improve accounting accuracy to find out really and discover all costs for the School Nurse Program,” Edwards said.
