The Utah County Commission approved an amendment to the county's existing agreement with contractor EKR that changes scheduled dates for deliverables and carries a price tag of $12,550.
Ben Benoit, representing the attorney's office, told commissioners the amendment updates timelines for when the ads will go live and does not add new services beyond the previously authorized amount. Commissioners asked for confirmation of the dollar figure; Benoit confirmed $12,550. A motion to approve item 16 was made and seconded and the motion passed 3–0.
County staff characterized the change as administrative (date changes) rather than a scope increase. The county will execute the amendment and proceed under the previously approved procurement authorization.
