Commission schedules two closed meetings and removes two agenda items
Summary

During routine housekeeping the commission agreed to remove agenda items 11 and 12 from consideration and scheduled closed meetings to consider items 10 and 13 immediately after the open session. Speaker 3 moved to strike items 11 and 12; the motion was seconded and approved 3–0. Speaker 3 then moved to set date, time and location for closed meetings for items 10 and 13 following the open session; the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote.
After the closed meetings the commission returned to open session, a motion to adjourn was made by Speaker 4 and seconded by Speaker 3, and the meeting was adjourned following a unanimous vote.
