Budget details were discussed: organizers found leftover ribbons from last year and were able to reorder at a reduced price; 4‑H staff reported ribbons would cost about $750 this year versus $950 last year, producing a modest overall savings. "That total would be 7,032," staff confirmed for Plan A.
Commissioner Lee said he favored Plan A and moved to approve the indoor exhibit funding with the $7,032 adjustment; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously by the commissioners present.
