After discussion, Unidentified Speaker 2 moved to strike consent agenda item number 9; Unidentified Speaker 4 seconded. The chair announced the motion passed 3-0. The commission directed staff to prepare documentation acknowledging termination or final acceptance so purchasing could complete any final payment obligations.
The vote removed the shredding-contract item from the consent agenda and resolved the immediate procurement question; staff said they would reintroduce any necessary paperwork later if further action is required.
