Maverick Crushing LLC extraction plan pulled from Utah County agenda while state permit transfer is resolved

Given that the documents were recently filed with DOGM and DOGM must decide whether the transfer is effective, the applicant requested a continuance. No public commenters spoke after staff's update, and a commissioner moved and seconded to strike regular agenda item 8 from the agenda. The motion carried on a voice vote recorded in the transcript as 3'00.
The commission instructed staff to bring the item back if or when DOGM issues a decision that requires county action.
