Commission continues Thanksgiving Point 'butterfly biosphere' agreement after objections

The chair noted the project had been discussed in a prior year and that the county’s interests should be documented, but commissioners agreed additional time was appropriate given dissent on the record.
The commission also approved several motions to set dates and locations for closed‑session strategy meetings on property and water rights, sales of publicly noticed property, personnel matters, and pending/imminent litigation.
