- Referral to Planning Commission: The Commission voted 3–0 to refer items 13 and 14 (a grazing/rezone discussion covering portions of West Mountain’s mining and grazing zone) to the Utah County Planning Commission for study, data-gathering on infrastructure and extraction needs, and public hearings.
