Commission selects McGrath HRG for county compensation study; sets budget hearing for HRIS purchase

HRIS budget hearing: The commission also set a public hearing to consider amending and increasing the 2017 Utah County budget to fund a human resources information system (HRIS) purchase. Commissioners confirmed the purpose of the hearing was to provide public notice and the HRIS procurement and set the hearing for Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 9 a.m. in County Administration Building, Room 1400; the motion passed 3–0.
What’s next: Procurement staff will finalize contract terms for the compensation study including pricing negotiation and scope for implementation phases. County staff will publish notice for the May 30 public hearing on the proposed budget amendment for the HRIS purchase.
