Cammy (staff), who presented the item, said the original contract had all modules scheduled to go live on Oct. 7 but staff determined some modules should be deferred. “Originally, when we signed the contract, all of our modules are going to go live on October 7,” Cammy said, and the deferred modules (advanced compensation, talent performance succession planning and recruiting) are now scheduled for a Jan. 8 go-live.
Commission discussion focused on documenting the change in writing. An unidentified commissioner moved to authorize the commission chair to sign the change order electronically; the motion was seconded and passed on a voice vote (ayes, 3-0).
Action: The chair was authorized to sign the stated change order; staff will proceed under the modified schedule.
