Raytown planners promote Nov. open house for comprehensive plan

Planning staff asked commissioners on Nov. 7 to help publicize a come-and-go open house for the Raytown comprehensive plan scheduled for the following Wednesday. The staffer said promotional buttons and flyers were distributed and asked commission members to share social posts and wear the buttons to help the city reach a goal of more than 60 attendees.
Miss Wilson, who presented the announcement, said the event will be informal and designed for residents to drop in, share feedback and review materials. She offered to follow up by email for any questions commissioners could not answer at the meeting.
The commission set its next regular meeting for Dec. 5 at 7:00 p.m.
