County staff said the resolutions allow the county to move forward with national infrastructure program grants and clarified that any required utility relocations would be the countys responsibility under the program.
Both the additional-fuel-tax appropriation and the federal-aid resolutions were approved by the court without recorded opposition. Court members said the actions were procedural steps to secure funding and begin project planning.
