The board approved the MOU with the city, an intergovernmental agreement to offer Pascua Yaqui world language courses (the initial offering has 7 and 6 students in two classes, staff said) and an increase in multiple cooperative contracts for fiscal year 2023–24, all by unanimous votes noted in the transcript as 5–0.
Trustees thanked staff for the work bringing new World Language offerings and discussed plans to evaluate pilot results and return to the board with extension documentation as appropriate.
