Addison Horizon senior living plat approved, groundbreaking expected next week

The committee recommended and the board approved a plat of resubdivision to consolidate two parcels for the Addison Horizon Senior Living facility at the northwest corner of Denise Court and Green Meadow Drive.
Mike (staff) explained the consolidation will create one lot of record, incorporate stormwater easements for new storm sewer installations and vacate an existing water-main easement. Staff and village attorneys reviewed the plat and found it acceptable. Mike said a groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for the following week and that site construction activity has already begun in some respects.
The ordinance approving the plat was moved and carried with no additional questions from the committee.
