The commission authorized staff to negotiate a subdivision improvement agreement (SIA) for Creek Woods Plat 3 if public improvements are required. Staff said the authorization is contingent on final council approval of any plat and that the SIA authorization does not itself obligate the city to accept improvements without council approval.
