City Council adopts parks-fee update and approves fourth amendment to tower-attachment lease

The council then considered Resolution R‑24‑08‑39, described in the caption as "authorizing the Fourth Amendment to the tower attachment lease with New Singular Wireless PCS LLC to modify the terms and conditions for the placement of equipment and rent on the water tank located at 139 Robertson Mill Road." The council moved and seconded and a roll-call vote recorded ayes; the chair declared the submissions adopted.
