SFPUC approves consent calendar: grants, rule changes, contracts and financing items

• Authorization to enter an amended bank credit facility with State Street Bank (up to $200 million) to support the wastewater interim funding program and replace expiring bank facilities; staff said the amended fee will reduce costs to ratepayers relative to expiring lines.
• A green infrastructure grant to the San Francisco Unified School District for design (and contingent construction) of stormwater management features at Bessie Carmichael Middle School for up to $428,075; staff noted CEQA remains to be completed for full construction disbursement.
• A scope modification for the Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant Headworks facility (removing conversion scope to Bruce Flynn Pump Station and adding a new lift station for dry‑weather flows) to allow advertising of construction bid packages following environmental review.
• Authorization for the general manager to execute an MOU with SFMTA for coordination on the Taraval Transit Improvement Project with an estimated PUC share of $11,843,747; staff described partnering practices to coordinate multi‑agency construction and reduce duplicate street digs.
All items on the consent calendar were approved in single votes with no recorded dissent during the meeting.
