Evansville Land Bank approves inspector pay raise, renews listings and authorizes small property purchase

The Evansville Land Bank on Oct. 18 approved several administrative and operational motions, including a salary increase for the Land Bank inspector, renewals of listing agreements, retention of its regular auditor and authorization for a small property acquisition.
Board members voted to raise the monthly salary for the Land Bank inspector to $2,700 and approved renewal of the inspector’s contract after Jessica (Speaker 4) told the board the inspector had taken on work “beyond the scope of his original contract.” Board member (Speaker 2) moved the salary increase and the motion passed by voice vote.
