The board also accepted newly delivered vehicles under the 2024 master lease agreement and approved statements of just compensation tied to two water projects. The record lists an $8,000 payment to tbj LLC for the Burkhart Crossing Force Main Improvements project (U1206) and a $5,100 payment to Evansville Rescue Mission Inc. for the Professional Boulevard water easement. The consent agenda items were presented by the board president and recommended by staff; a motion to approve carried by voice vote.
